The curved and slightly padded backrest appears to float in the air; in reality it is attached to the shell by a concealed system. A triangular‑section wood trestle supports the whole. A slight tilt of the seat toward the back promotes optimal comfort and accentuates the dynamic design of the armchair. The four‑leg base is made of solid ash wood. The play of colors and material contrasts helps emphasize Martha’s fluid and light line. The outer shell is covered by a rich Saddle Extra leather casing, while the interior may be upholstered in Pelle Frau® or fabric, by choice. Distinguished visible stitching, done by hand with contrasting thread, underlines the combination of the two materials. Completing it all is a soft removable seat cushion in Pelle Frau® or fabric.
